Welcome to BITEC Online Order! Thank you for visiting our website. This page forms the Terms and Conditions in accordance with which we supply Products and Services listed on our website to you. By ordering any of our Products or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. You should visit our page regularly to make note of any changes we have made to our Terms and Conditions.

  1. Who we are

    BITEC Online Order is owned and managed by Bangkok International Trade and Exhibition Centre under Pharindhorn Co., Ltd. (Company Registration 0105527039067). Our registered address is 88 Bangna Trad Road, Bangna, Bangkok, Thailand, trading as (BITEC).

      BITEC is an affiliate company of Bhiraj Buri Group, a company registered in Thailand.
    2. 1.2 
      These Terms and Conditions are our copyrighted intellectual property. Any use by third parties, even of extracts of the Terms and Conditions, for the commercial purposes of offering goods and/or services is not permitted. Infringements may be subject to legal action.
  2. Definitions

    In these Terms and Conditions:
    1. “Account” means the BITEC Online Order Account that you will need to register for on the Site if you would like to submit an Order on the Site;
    2. “Business Day” means any day on which businesses in Thailand are open for operation, typically Monday to Friday from 08:00 – 17:00 hrs., excluding public holidays;
    3. “Order Detail Confirmation” means our email to you, in which we acknowledge your Order details in accordance with clause 6.2 below;
    4. “Agreement” means your Order of a Product(s) or Service(s) in accordance with these Terms and Conditions which we accept in accordance with clause 6.2 below;
    5. “Customer” means any individual who places an Order on the Site, whom we may also refer to as “You” in specific cases;
    6. “Order” means the Order submitted by you to the Site to purchase Products or Services from us;
    7. “Move-in Date” means the first date that you are able move-in and setup for the Event for which you will order Products or Services.
    8. “Move-out Date” means the last date that you are able move-out and tear down for the
    9. “Event Dates” means the period that the Event for which you will order Products or Services is open for visitors.
    10. “Early-bird Rates” mean limited time rates that are available for pre-orders, typically more than 30 days before the Move-in Date.
    11. “Standard Rates” – mean rates that are available for pre-orders, typically within 30 days of the Move-in Date.
    12. “Onsite Rates” - mean rates that are available for orders made onsite between Move-in Date and Move-out Date.
  3. Eligibility

    To place an Order with BITEC Online Order, you must be an organiser, exhibitor or official contractor, with authorisation to exhibit products and services at the designated event at BITEC.

  4. Prohibitions

    You must not misuse this Site. You shall not:
    • Commit or encourage a criminal offence
    • Transmit or distribute a virus including but not limited to Trojan horse, worm, logic bomb or post any other material on the Site which is malicious, technologically harmful, in breach of confidence or in any way offensive or obscene
    • Hack into any aspect of the service’ corrupt data
    • Cause annoyance to other users
    • Infringe upon the rights of any other person’s propriety rights
    • Send any unsolicited advertising or promotional material
    • Attempt to affect the performance or functionality of any computer facilities of or accessed throughout the Site.
    In the event such breach occurs, BITEC will report the breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and appropriate legal action will be taken.

  5. Entire Agreement

    These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all Orders for Products or Services submitted through BITEC Online Order. In order to complete your Order, you must acknowledge that you will be able to provide the payment using one of our available options, either by credit card or bill payment. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire Agreement between you and BITEC Online Order and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between us. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms and Conditions will be effective if in writing and signed by an authorised signatory of BITEC Online Order.

  6. Terms of Sale

    1. 6.1 Registration
      1. To place an Order, you must register with us by creating an Account on the Site. All information that you provide to us must be accurate and true. You may update your information anytime in your Account Information section of the Site.
      2. You shall not misuse the Site by creating multiple user accounts.
    1. 6.2 Formation of an Agreement
      1. The information set out in the Terms and Conditions and the details contained on this Site do not constitute an offer for sale but rather an invitation to treat. No Agreement in respect of any Products or Services shall exist between you and us until we have delivered the Products or Services to your designated booth or location.
      2. To submit an Order, you will be required to follow the online shopping process on the Site. After this you will receive an Order Detail Confirmation which will act as an acknowledgement of your Order.
      3. An Order is only considered accepted by us upon your order being delivered to the delivery destination provided by you.
      4. An Agreement will relate only to those Products and Services which we deliver to you. If your Order consists of more than one Product or Service, the Products and Services may be delivered to you in separate packages at separate times starting from move-in date.
    1. 6.3 Price and Payment
      1. Where applicable, prices are inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax) and are in Thai Baht. Prices for Products or Services on our Site may vary depending on the time of the Order, in accordance with our dynamic pricing structure.
        • Early-bird Rates are available for selected Products and Services and apply to Orders made through BITEC Online Order more than 30 days prior to the Move-in Date.
        • Standard Rates apply to Orders made through BITEC Online Order within 30 days of the Move-in Date.
        • Onsite Rates apply to Orders made between Move-in Date and Move-out Date.
      2. You can pay using any of the payment options listed on our website. Your order will not be processed until the Order has been paid in full.
      3. To minimise the risk of unauthorised access, your card data is encrypted using K-Payment Gateway by Kasikornbank PCL., which provides data security via 128-bit SSL encryption system, a secure network firewall, and industry-standard security architecture. Once we receive your order we will request pre-authorisation on your card to ensure there are sufficient funds available to complete the transaction. The Order will not be confirmed until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. Your card will be debited once we have sent you the Order Detail Confirmation. Cards are subject to validation checks and authorisation by card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorisation, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
      4. Upon completing your order and filling in your payment details, you are confirming that you have sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of the Product or Service and, in case of payment by credit card, you confirm that the card belongs to you.
      5. You will receive an Order Detail Confirmation after you have submitted your Order online.
        • In the case of bill payment, your Order status will remain as “Pending Payment” until your payment has been received and verified by us.
        • In the case of credit card payment, your Order status will remain as “Verifying Payment” until we have completed the necessary authorisation and verification procedures, which can take up to 3 working days.
    1. 6.4 Mistaken Orders
      If you discover that you have made a mistake with your Order after you have submitted it to the Site, please contact our One Stop Service Centre at or call +(66)2 726 1999. We will do our best to process your request.

    1. 6.5 Refusal of Order
      We reserve the right to withdraw any Products and Services from this Site at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this Site. We will make our best efforts to always process all Orders but there may be exceptional circumstances wherein, we may need to refuse to process an Order after we have sent you an Order Detail Confirmation, which we reserve the right to do at any time, at our sole discretion.

      If we cancel your Order and you have already made payment for your Order, the payment amounts will be fully refunded to you.

      We will not be liable to you or any other third party by reason of our withdrawing any Product or Service from this Site, whether it has been sold or not, removing or editing any materials or contents on this Site or for refusing to process or accept an Order.

  7. Delivery

    1. 7.1 
      We aim to deliver the Product or Service to you at the place of delivery requested and at the delivery time indicated by you in your Order.
    2. 7.2 
      Upon delivery of the Product or Service, you may be required to sign for delivery. You may contact our One Stop Service Centre at or call +(66)2 726 1999 in case of any faults, defects or damage. You shall be able to provide the documents delivered with the Product or Service upon request.
    3. 7.3 
      Please note that it might not be possible for us to deliver to some requests, in which event, we will inform you using the contact details that you provide to us when you make your Order and arrange for cancellation of the Order or arrange a suitable alternative method of delivery.
    4. 7.4 
      If you are not available to take delivery at the designated time and location, we will contact you using the contact details that you provide to us when you make your Order and make arrangements for re-delivery.
    5. 7.5 
      If delivery or collection is delayed through your unreasonable refusal to accept delivery or if you do not accept delivery or collect the Product or Service from the carrier, we may (without affecting any other right or remedy available to us) do either or both of the following:
      1. Charge you for any fee and other costs reasonably incurred by us; or
      2. No longer make the Product or Service available for delivery or collection and notify you that we are immediately cancelling the Agreeement and reserve the right to charge you for any reasonable administration costs (including for attempting to deliver and then returning the Product and any storage fees as provided for in clause 7.5 (a) above).
      You may acknowledge that the Products or Services are standard and not made bespoke to fit any particular requirements that you may have.

  8. Cancellation by Customer (Non-Faulty Product)

    If you wish to cancel your Order please contact our One Stop Service Centre at or call +(66)2 726 1999.

  9. Returns and Refunds Policy

    1. 9.1 
      If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may contact our One Stop Service Centre at or call +(66)2 726 1999.
    2. 9.2 
      In the event that the item should be returned to us, you shall ensure that the Product is in the same condition as it was when received by you. We reserve the right to withhold the amount of the deposit if the item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition.
    3. 9.3 
      You may process returns through our One Stop Service Centre. Your transaction is usually received and processed by our One Stop Service Centre within fourteen (14) days. The refund of the deposit shall be issued shortly after your transaction has been completely processed, according to the preferred refund method indicated by you.     4. 9.4 
      In some cases the payment/ cancellation and return policy for some products may differ from the standard Terms and Conditions set forth herein. In such cases, we will publish special conditions in the product details section.

  10. Faulty Products

    1. 10.1 
      All Product and Service descriptions, information and materials posted on this Site are provided ‘as is’ and without warranties express, implied or otherwise howsoever arising.
    2. 10.2 
      Product or Service image as seen on the Site may slightly differ from the actual Product or Service that you receive.
    3. 10.3 
      If the item you receive is faulty, please contact our One Stop Service Centre and provide your Order number, your name, the event for which you placed the Order, details of the Product or Service and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement.
    4. 10.4 
      In the event the Product or Service returned is not faulty, we may at our discretion decide not to repair, replace or refund you for the Product or Service and/or we may require you to pay any applicable servicing costs using the payment details that you provided to us when you made your Order, and, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses as a result.

  11. Disclaimer of Liability

    The content displayed on this Site is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy. Unless expressly stated to the contrary and to the fullest extent permitted by law, BITEC Online Order and its suppliers, content providers and advertisers hereby expressly exclude all conditions, warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied by statute, common law or the law of equity and shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever, including but without limitation to any direct, indirect, special, consequential, punitive or incidental damages, or damages for loss of use, profits, data or other intangibles, damage to goodwill or reputation, or the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services, arising out of or related to the use, inability to use, performance or failures of this Site and any materials posted thereon, irrespective of whether such damages were foreseeable or arise in contract, tort, equity, restitution, by statute, at common law or otherwise.

  12. Indemnity

    You agree to indemnify, defend, hold harmless BITEC Online Order, its directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents, and affiliates, from any and all third party claims, liability, damages and/or costs (including but not limited to, legal fees) arising from your use of this Site or your breach of the Terms and Conditions.

  13. Guarantee and Complaints Management

      BITEC Online Order shall perform its obligations under these Terms and Conditions with reasonable skills and care.
    2. 13.2 
      We place great value on our Customer satisfaction. You may contact us at any time using the contact details given in clause 6.4 of these Terms and Conditions. We will attempt to address your concerns as soon as possible and will contact you on receipt of any relevant enquiry or complaint.
    3. 13.3 
      In the event of a complaint, it will help us if you can describe the object of your complaint as accurately as possible and, where applicable, send us copies of the Order or at least the Order number that we assign you in the Order Detail Confirmation. In rare cases your emails may be caught up in our spam filters or not reach us, or correspondence that we send to you may otherwise not have reached you. Should you not have received any response from us within five (5) Business Days, please make further enquiries.

  14. Personal Data Protection

    Please see our Privacy Policy, which forms a part of these Terms and Conditions.

  15. Notices

    Any notice under an Agreement shall be given in writing through email or by phone to the relevant party at the email address or phone number last known to the other. Any notice given by email shall be deemed to have been served within three (3) Business Days of the email being sent. In proving such service it shall be sufficient to prove that the email was properly addressed.

  16. Intellectual Property Rights

    1. 16.1 
      All content included in or made available through our Site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, campaign titles and data compilations is the property of BITEC Online Order or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved by BITEC Online Order and its licensors. You may store, print and display the content supplied solely for your own personal use. You are not permitted to publish, manipulate, distribute or otherwise reproduce, in any format, any of the content or copies of the content supplied to you or which appears on this Website nor may you use any such content in connection with any business or commercial enterprise.
    2. 16.2 
      In addition, graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names included in or made available through the Site are trademarks of BITEC Online Order. These trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not provided by BITEC Online Order, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits BITEC Online Order or its affiliates. All other trademarks not owned by BITEC Online Order that appear on the Site are the property of their respective owners.
    3. 16.3 
      Our status (and that of any identified contributors) as the authors of content on our site must always be acknowledged.
    4. 16.4 
      You must not use any part of the content on our site for commercial purposes without obtaining a license to do so from us or our licensors. In the event BITEC Online Order becomes aware of any infringement of its intellectual property rights, it shall not refrain from taking any relevant legal action.
    5. 16.5 
      If you print, copy or download any part of our Site in breach of these Terms and Conditions, your right to use our Site will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made. You shall not modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works based on any software or accompanying documentation supplied by BITEC Online Order or its licensors.

  17. Links to the Site

    1. 17.1 
      You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is legal and is not likely to damage our reputation or take advantage of it, but you must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists.
    2. 17.2 
      You must not establish a link from any Site that is not owned by you.
    3. 17.3 
      This Site must not be framed on any other Site, nor may you create a link to any part of this Site other than the home page. We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice.

  18. Waiver

    No failure or delay by us or you in exercising any right under these Terms and Conditions shall operate as a waiver of such right or extend to or affect any other or subsequent event or impair any rights or remedies in respect of it or in any way modify or diminish our or your rights under these Terms and Conditions.

  19. Severability

    If any clause in these Terms and Conditions shall become or shall be declared by any court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or unenforceability shall in no way affect any other clause or part of any clause, all of which shall remain in full force and effect, so long as these Terms and Conditions shall be capable of continuing in effect without the unenforceable term.

  20. Third Party Rights

    No person who is not a party to these Terms and Conditions shall acquire any rights under it or be entitled to benefit from any of its terms even if that person has relied on any such term or has indicated to any party to these Terms and Conditions its assent to any such term.

  21. Governing Law

    These Terms and Conditions (and all non-contractual obligations arising out of or connected to them) shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Both we and you hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Thai Courts. All dealings, correspondence and contacts between us shall be made or conducted in the English language.

  22. Variation

    We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. All amendments to these Terms and Conditions will be posted online. However, continued use of the Site will be deemed to constitute acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.

    When you submit an Order to the Site, you agree that you do so subject to these Terms and Conditions current at the date you submit your Order. You are responsible for reviewing the latest Terms and Conditions each time you submit your Order.
